Terms of Service

1. Your account

• You need an account to enrol in courses. Please give your real name and an email address you can access.
• Your account is for you alone. Please don't share your login details or let anyone else use your account. If I see signs of an account being shared, I may suspend it.
• You're responsible for keeping your password safe. Let me know straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• If you're under 18, please use the platform with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Course access

• Each paid course gives you access for the period shown on the course page (for example, 180 days), starting from the date of purchase. Some courses may offer lifetime access; if so, the course page says so.
• When your access period ends, you can renew it from the course page. Renewing extends your access from the current end date.
• Free courses stay available for as long as I keep them on the platform.
• I'm building courses one paper at a time and add lessons, mock exams and question papers over time. A course may not have every lesson available on the day you enrol; the course page shows what's available now.
• I may update, reorder or improve course content to keep it accurate and aligned with the current ACCA syllabus. If I ever have to permanently withdraw a paid course during your access period, I'll offer you a fair refund for the unused time.

3. Using the course material

• All videos, notes, question papers, solutions, mock exams and other material on the platform are my work (or used with permission) and are for your personal, non-commercial study only.
• Please don't download, record, copy, share, resell or publish any course material, or upload it to other websites, groups or file-sharing services.
• Breaking these rules may lead to your access being removed without a refund.

4. Mock exams and submissions

• When you submit answers to a mock exam or written practice question, you confirm that the work is your own. I review submissions personally and give a grade and written feedback.
• Grades and feedback are my professional assessment to help you prepare. They are not official ACCA marks and don't guarantee any particular result in the real exam.

5. Payments

• Prices are shown on each course page in Indian Rupees (₹) and, for international students, in US Dollars ($).
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (India) and Stripe (international). I don't see or store your card or bank details.
• Refunds are covered by my Refund Policy.

6. No guarantee of exam results

I work hard to make my courses as useful as possible, but your exam result depends on many things, including your own preparation. I can't guarantee that you will pass any ACCA exam. Nishi Malvi Academy is an independent tuition provider and is not endorsed by or affiliated with ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

7. Availability and liability

• I aim to keep the platform running smoothly, but there may be occasional downtime for maintenance or reasons outside my control. I'm not responsible for losses caused by temporary unavailability.
• To the extent the law allows, my total liability to you for anything related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using the platform at any time and ask me to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). I may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing course material or login details.

9. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. I'll change the “last updated” date above, and for significant changes I'll let enrolled students know. The terms in force when you buy a course apply to that purchase.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
